About the Role

BAM Construct & Ventures UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Operative to join our team at our Allbrook Depot in Eastleigh. As a Mobile Operative, you will be responsible for the general refurbishment, fit out, and maintenance of our Portable Accommodation units in a workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Plumbing, Joinery, and Decorating, and be able to multi-task and prioritize a busy workload. A clean driving license is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refurbish and maintain Portable Accommodation units to current standards and regulations
  • Prepare units for painting, fitting doors, partitions, floors, sinks, taps, and worktops
  • Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
  • Operate procedures and documented systems to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Minimize the environmental impact of your operation
  • Support BAM in all its operations as required
