Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 3-form entry Primary school in Dagenham. The school has a GOOD Ofsted rating and is easily accessible by public transport.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can work 1:1 with a KS1 child with ASD, providing low to moderate support to help them progress through their Primary School years. In the afternoons, the school requires extra support in the afterschool club, working with a range of children aged 4 to 11.

Requirements:
  • SEN experience preferred but not essential
  • Positive, proactive, and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work with children with ASD
  • Flexibility to work 9am to 3pm and 3pm to 5:30pm
