We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, offering the opportunity to work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions on a one-to-one basis
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive Salary:

The competitive salary for this role is estimated to be between £20 - £30 per hour, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
