Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Wigan. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the diary, making calls to customers, and providing a warm welcome to anyone who visits our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary to ensure a perfect mix of sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
  • Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance.
  • Personalize welcome calls for new and existing customers to maximize attendance and drive revenue.
  • Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments and promoting add-on products.
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions and hearing solutions.
  • Maintain the look and feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines and standards.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure the right amount of products are available.

Requirements:

  • Total customer devotion and a people champion mindset to ensure the clinic is successful.
  • Computer literacy, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Sales skills and ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • Pro-active mindset, flexibility, and ability to react positively to change.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision and values.
