About the role

As Transformation Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for Beams. Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities and finding the quickest routes to rapid customer growth – deciding where to play and how to win for the business.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key stakeholders align with growth objectives, overseeing marketing channels, including performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for growth, focused on identifying and prioritising opportunities for the business.
  • Foster customer-centricity, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and referral.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies, leveraging data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment for growth initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed as Growth Acceleration Specialist, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in driving growth for a startup, scaleup, or fast-growing company.
  • Data-driven approach, with a passion for metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Strong bias for action, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of growth marketing channels, including advertising, SEO, partnerships, and CRM.

What we offer
