About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager at The Works, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding sales and customer service results. You'll be the driving force behind creating an engaging and inclusive store environment that inspires customers to explore and discover new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of retail superheroes to achieve exceptional sales and customer service results
  • Create a store experience that's fun, friendly, accessible, and inclusive for all customers
  • Drive commerciality and sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
