Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Anderson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while being the first point of contact for customers, transportation, and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration including responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Data entry and inputting of invoices
  • Generating and maintaining spreadsheets to collate data
  • Creating delivery labels for the warehouse
  • Assisting with a wide range of tasks to support the business as a whole
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Working Hours and Benefits:

35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience + free onsite parking & café.
