We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our breakfast team at Fairmont St. Andrews.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes
  • Maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
