Market Access Strategist Job Description
Overview
As a Market Access Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective market access strategies to drive business objectives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop robust and compelling access strategies and value propositions that meet payor needs.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic counsel to cross-functional teams, developing and leading HTA submission dossiers for UK and Irish payors, and building relationships with payors, NHS bodies, and industry groups to drive business objectives. They will also be expected to have extensive experience in market access, including HTA submissions for UK and Ireland, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a degree in Life Sciences or equivalent and postgraduate qualification in Health Economics. They should also have excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of oncology, rare diseases, or neurology. A competitive salary of £150,000 - £200,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position.
