About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the ship's ventilation, main AC water chiller systems, and domestic refrigeration plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the ship's ventilation systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment
  • Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Relevant refrigeration qualification (e.g., City & Guilds)
  • Proven experience in the refrigeration industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Valid ENG1 medical certificate

Experience on board a cruise ship is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable individual who is keen to take on new challenges and help others.
