Job Title: Network Management Infrastructure Coordinator

About the Role

Kirklees Council is seeking an experienced Network Management Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities on the council's roads and footways, ensuring compliance with legislation and local policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage activities on the council's roads and footways, ensuring compliance with legislation and local policies.
  • Attend and manage co-ordination and performance meetings as required with works promoters, neighbouring authorities, and other affected organisations and people.
  • Predominantly office-based, attending meetings and site meetings.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence, and a willingness to undertake a Kirklees Council driving assessment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of network management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing activities on a highway network.
