About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical team leader to join our Sub Assembly Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of electrical technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Your primary objective will be to look ahead to immediate future build requirements, ensuring that all necessary consumables and parts are available from stores. You will also be required to assist with the building of Wiring Looms within the team and provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, 39 hours per week, overtime paid at x1.5, and a range of benefits including early finish on Fridays and 33 days holiday per year.

  • Experience leading small/large teams within an electrical assembly setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
