**The position**

Our client are a national coach/minibus conversion specialist, and due to continued growth and expansion are looking to recruit a well versed assembly operative.

**Overview**
- Observe all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- Safe use of power tools and equipment.
- Refitting of converted vehicle interior and exterior including trim panels, carpet, head lining, lighting and bumper.
- Fitting of electrical equipment. Including winches, reversing sensors, belts, lighting.
- Fitting of options as per customer specifications, including seats, ramp, storage.
- Modification and fit trim-related sub-assemblies.
- Provide support to the production team to efficiently achieve the production plan.

**You**
- Clean and presentable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Have experience as an assembly operative.
- Total Quality conscious with do it right first time thinking.
- Ability to analyse potential faults and able to implement process method improvements.
- Competent in using a variety of hand power tools.
- Valid car licence.

**Hours/Benefits**
- Mon to Thurs 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 1.15pm
- 37.50 hours per week
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

This is a permanent position, and you will be employed as an assembly operative by the company from day one, it's an exciting opportunity in a growing and expanding company.
