Job Title: Payments Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payments Associate to join our dynamic team at Insignis Cash. As a Payments Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of payments and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and fund client accounts, including high-value transactions and daily reconciliations.
  • Communicate with banking partners to execute payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work with our banking partners to update products on our platform, including daily product uploads and creating new products.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Financial or economic background or education.
