A respected property investment and management company based in the West End seeks a skilled receptionist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, meeting rooms, and office space
  • Assist with diary management and support senior staff as needed
  • Organize and manage office storage and supplies
  • Sustain a well-structured office environment
  • Support property management duties, including tenant liaison
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
About You:
  • Previous reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
Work Arrangements:
  • Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a highly organized office environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
