Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, meeting rooms, and office space
- Assist with diary management and support senior staff as needed
- Organize and manage office storage and supplies
- Sustain a well-structured office environment
- Support property management duties, including tenant liaison
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Previous reception experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a highly organized office environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
