Housekeeper - Banbury

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Chartwells, contracted to 25 hours per week. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming to a high standard.
- Ensure surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitized regularly.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as needed, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
- Empty and dispose of bin waste.
- Ensure all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors by following required policies and procedures.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when using equipment.
- Cleaning experience in a similar role.
- Passion for customer service.
- Effective communication with customers and other team members.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working.
