Accounting Manager

Job DescriptionAs a Manager at Alter Domus, you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of clients, including real estate and corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional client service and ensuring that client requirements are met
- Managing relationships with other service providers, including auditors, law firms, and prime brokers
- Producing high-quality client reporting and ensuring that all operational aspects of the account are managed effectively
- Coordinating and validating work delivered by the team, and assisting in the design of systems and processes to meet client needs
- Leading internal fund projects and working closely with the fund administration IT systems to provide fund servicing solutions
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance, with a qualification such as ACA or ACCA
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role
- Experience in UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
- A high level of experience with consolidation, IFRS/FRS accounting, and financial statements preparation
- The ability to act on their own initiative and lead a team of fund accounting professionals
