Compensation and Benefits
You will enjoy a competitive salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). You can also earn up to £27,000 with commission in your first year. In addition, you will receive a company pension, industry-leading training, and an opportunity to earn an Advanced Diploma in Recruitment Services. Other benefits include professional credentials, lifestyle discounts, and 30 days paid holiday (increasing to 33 days after a year).
