Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Komplex Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their journey towards independence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home or youth work, with a Level 2 NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. A full UK driving licence is also required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in our service, and promoting their personal development.
The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern with sleep-ins, so flexibility is essential. You will be part of a dedicated team, and we will provide full training and opportunities for career progression.
