About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing behavior in accordance with school policies, supporting students' academic and personal development, and contributing to the overall success of the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Behavior Management: Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment by implementing strategies to promote good behavior and attendance.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals and overcome challenges.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

- Previous experience working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
