Join Our Team as a Team Leader

Cinnamon Care Careers is seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join our team at Heathland House, a stunning 66-bedded luxurious residential and dementia care home in Ferndown, Dorset.

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall supervision and success of our teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellence in resident care, providing outreach and support to families, and retaining dedicated Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.

You will be responsible for facilitating ongoing training and educational opportunities for the team, working hands-on with the team to ensure the appropriate level of care is delivered, and coordinating the resident assessment process to ensure a person-centred approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring involvement of the resident in identifying needs and preferences, and integration of all information into the care plan.
  • Ensure that all relevant information in respect of each resident is written and communicated as appropriate to achieve delivery of a person-centred approach.
  • Work hands-on with the team to ensure the appropriate level of care is delivered.
