Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Heathland House, a stunning 66-bedded luxurious residential and dementia care home in Ferndown, Dorset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and success of teams being managed, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
