Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Controls Trainee to join our team at Societe Generale. As a key member of our Compliance Controls team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance risk and control framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our compliance risk and control framework
  • Support the analysis and reporting of compliance data to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and projects
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Controls team, including record-keeping and data management
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory risk in a banking environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
