Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a CQC registration and Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to professional, flexible, and personalised support.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, access to our employee assistance program, and a pension scheme. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a £30 gift voucher if your service is rated good or equivalent by CQC in all domains, and a £50 gift voucher if rated outstanding.
