Job Title: Clinical Site Technology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Site Technology Specialist to join our team at PSI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clinical sites, ensuring the smooth implementation of our medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to clinical sites, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to medical imaging and radiology technologies.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of study-related forms, guidelines, and manuals related to medical technologies.
  • Coordinate data collection related to medical technologies, including nuclear medicine, radiology, and other imaging modalities.
  • Provide technical and initiation support to sites, ensuring they are equipped to implement our medical technologies effectively.
  • Identify, track, and report specific technical timepoints in the study related to medical procedures, including imaging and scans.
  • Determine technical resources needed for project implementation and communicate needs to department managers.
  • Organize technical training for project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills to implement our medical technologies.
  • Provide support to project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to medical technologies.
  • Support site initiation preparation and perform technical visits to assist site teams with technical aspects of the study.
  • Assist and advise site monitors in the area of medical technologies.
  • Provide relevant technology-related information to Business Development for proposals.
  • Prepare for and attend Bid Defense Meetings.
  • Attend and present at Investigator's Meetings.

Requirements:

  • BSRT, RN, LPN, and/or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed specialist in relevant technology; CNMT required (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the specified technology: Nuclear Medicine, Molecular imaging, etc.
  • Experience in operation and QC procedures related to overseeing and managing PET imaging agents and therapeutic RLTs.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel (20% of time).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate while working in a team environment.
