Job Title: Clinical Site Technology Specialist

As a Clinical Site Technology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to clinical sites, ensuring seamless implementation and operation of technology-related aspects of our studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clinical sites, including nuclear medicine, kidney imaging, and radiology.
  • Assist in designing and implementing study-related forms, guidelines, and manuals related to technologies.
  • Coordinate data collection related to technologies, including nuclear medicine, radiology, and other relevant areas.
  • Provide technical and initiation support to sites, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of study procedures.
  • Identify, track, and report specific technical timepoints in the study related to study procedures, including imaging, scans, and other technologies.
  • Determine technical resources needed for project implementation and communicate needs to department managers.
  • Organize technical training for project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide support to project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to study technologies.
  • Support site initiation preparation and perform technical visits to assist site teams with technical aspects of the study.
  • Assist and advise site monitors in the area of study technologies, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide relevant technology-related information to Business Development for proposals, ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Prepare for and attend Bid Defense Meetings, presenting our technology solutions to potential clients.
  • Attend and present at Investigator's Meetings, ensuring our technology solutions are well-represented and understood by our clients.
Qualifications:
  • BSRT, RN, LPN, and/or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed specialist in relevant technology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the specified technology: nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, etc.
  • Experience in operation and QC procedures related to overseeing and managing PET imaging agents and therapeutic RLTs.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
  • Ability to travel (20% of time).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate while working in a team environment.
