About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing the external and internal design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with site teams, senior management, consultants, and architects to effectively manage the design process.
- Manage the external and internal design teams to ensure adequate, complete, and compliant information is provided to meet the design programme and client approval gateways.
- Support the Net Zero requirements, BREEAM, Digital Strategy, and MMC to ensure all key design deliverables are tracked and compliant with Building Standards.
- Attend design team meetings, take notes, and distribute actions to relevant functions.
