Design Manager

RGB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join one of the area's most diverse contractors on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design process, liaising with site teams, senior management, consultants, and architects to ensure effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Liaise with site teams, senior management, consultants, and architects to ensure effective project delivery
- Support the Net Zero requirements, BREEAM, Digital Strategy, and MMC to ensure all key design deliverables are tracked and compliant
- Manage designers (consultant and subcontract) to provide adequate, complete, and compliant information to meet the design programme and pass client approval gateways
About the Role:
This is a long-term contract opportunity, starting immediately and running until 2026. The successful candidate will be paid on a PAYE/PAYE Umbrella basis.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent design management skills, experience working with diverse teams, and a strong understanding of Net Zero requirements and BREEAM.
