Job Description

Role Overview

The Programme Performance Planner/Scheduler will play a key role in helping our clients optimise their programme performance. This involves providing expert advice on programme management, planning, risk and commercial matters to deliver successful projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile defence projects. You will work closely with our clients and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain programme schedules, including creation of detailed schedules, resource allocation and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with programme managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with programmes.
  • Provide guidance and support to programme teams on programme planning, risk management and commercial matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices and new technologies to inform programme delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new programmes and projects.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in programme management, planning and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of programme management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project and other programme management tools.
