Job Title: SEND Teacher Required – Immediate Start
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEND Teachers to provide tailored support to students in the Hertfordshire area.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND students in an educational setting and be able to adapt teaching methods to support students' individual learning styles and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 or small group lessons tailored to the unique needs of SEND students
Adapt teaching methods to support students' individual learning styles and abilities
Track, assess, and report on student progress, helping them achieve their learning goals
Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and support staff to implement and review students' EHCP.
Requirements:
A valid DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Experience working with SEND students in an educational setting
A creative and flexible approach to teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
