About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at DPS Group in Glenrothes. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget and as per specifications.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering EC&I projects and managing technical projects with high levels of collaboration across multiple departments. You will interpret stakeholder needs and expectations, bringing together all parties to achieve successful project delivery.

Although home/office-based, you will spend significant time on-site covering multiple projects where required.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfactory project completion. Your duties will include setting high standards of leadership in promoting HSEQ procedures, maintaining our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO18001), and acting as client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop positive relationships with customers, build and maintain strong communication channels, and manage project financials to ensure departments operate within budget. Your expertise in developing technical specifications, Health and Safety documentation, and project plans using Microsoft Project will be invaluable to the success of this role.

In addition, you will generate, control, and submit project-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your proactive approach to incident reporting and management of HSEQ documentation will be essential in maintaining a safe working environment.

We offer a competitive salary of around £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including discretionary bonus, car allowance, holiday allowance with buy and sell options, company pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, and access to an EV/Hybrid car lease scheme.
