Job Requirements:

Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Project Lead to join our team in Glenrothes. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating EC&I projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in project leadership and management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery within budget and on time.
  • Lead and coordinate EC&I projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and best practices.
  • Develop and manage project budgets to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
