Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day, using our Leadership & Company Principles to drive success.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring the store is running efficiently and effectively.
