Lidl is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, cash processes, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
