We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at JW Lees. As a proud family-owned brewer, we value exceptional culinary skills and a passion for great food.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring seamless service delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing stock, overseeing section operations, and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in a senior culinary position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak service periods
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Benefits:

JW Lees offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include: annual profit share, 30% discount on food and drink, 50% off food when on shift, discounted stays in our hotels and inns, a fair share of tips, wellbeing support, and access to our Employee Assistant Programme.
