About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Staff Planning Specialist to join our Regional Audit Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff planning, working closely with Audit Managers and supporting trainees throughout their training contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to think creatively and work in a dynamic team environment. They will also have excellent communication skills and be highly organized, able to manage competing priorities effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working options and opportunities for career progression within the company.

The role can be based out of any of RSM's Central offices, but some travel to regional offices may be required.
