About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fragrance Expert to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our luxury fragrances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, identifying their fragrance preferences and making tailored recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio, including product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the success of the team.
