Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism Support

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Good Primary Establishment in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children with Autism and a background in SEN teaching. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to providing ongoing support to a child with an EHCP.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism in a mainstream environment
* Work closely with the SENCO to develop and implement strategies to support the child's needs
* Collaborate with the class teacher to ensure the child's needs are met

Requirements:
* Experience working with children with Autism and SEN
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
