Salary$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Legal Counsel at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will report directly to the Director of Legal (Commercial & IP) and be responsible for advising the international business on legal and regulatory matters. You will support the Director of Legal (Commercial & IP) and the wider Legal Team in the day-to-day running of the Legal Department, delivering exceptional legal advice and regulatory compliance while supporting the business's international growth.
The Senior Legal Counsel will be the primary advisor to a number of international General Managers, supporting market expansion and new marketing launches. This will involve working on new retail and distribution agreements, leases, and a wide range of commercial contracts such as store design, marketing, and PR agreements. You will take the lead on any new company incorporations required by the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty group globally, working closely with colleagues in Finance, Tax, and Commercial.
This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and at pace, demonstrating a commercial and practical approach in dealing with a variety of legal issues across multiple geographical locations and legal systems.
Key Responsibilities- Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract law
- Experience handling and advising on anti-trust issues in a retail business
- Experience of working for a global brand and advising on multi-jurisdictional issues
- 8 years post-qualification experience
