Project Coordinator Job Description

Are you a skilled Document Control professional looking for a new challenge? Do you want to play a key role in the delivery of a major capital programme, helping to achieve greener and smarter mobility across Greater Manchester?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Projects Group Function. As a Project Coordinator, you will work directly with the Programme Information Manager, supporting the delivery of projects and programmes across Transport for Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Programme Information Manager in the delivery of projects and programmes
  • Work with Electronic Document & Record Management Systems (EDRMS) such as SharePoint Online, Asite, ViewPoint for Projects and Microsoft Office 365 software
  • Contribute to the development of best practice in Project Information Management Procedures
  • Work effectively in a team and on your own initiative
