Hybrid Customer Service Experience Developer

HAMILTON BARNES requires an experienced AWS Engineer to develop and implement Amazon Connect solutions with seamless integration into existing systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver scalable, cloud-based customer service experiences.
About the RoleThis position involves developing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions with close collaboration with stakeholders and team members in Windsor. The role is confirmed as inside IR35.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement Amazon Connect cloud-based solutions.
- Act as a consultative technology point of contact for Amazon Connect planning, implementation, and maintenance.
- Develop integrations between services in Amazon Connect.
- Provide expertise in Lambda, Python, and JSON for all service development and integration within the organisation.
- Participate in daily scrums, collaborate with Scrum Masters and QA teams, and support delivery timelines and priorities.
- Experience in enterprise environments deploying Amazon Connect.
- Expertise in integrating Amazon Connect contact flows with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
