Maintenance Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at Andersen James Group Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing a responsive repair and void surveying service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage repairs and maintenance activities to ensure all properties meet high standards.
- Analyse building defects and prepare specifications for repairs and maintenance work.
- Monitor contractor performance and conduct health and safety checks.
- Manage complaints and accurately update records.
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff, residents, leaseholders, and property owners.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a building surveyor in a maintenance environment.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong contract and budget management skills.
- Ability to produce detailed work specifications and analyse building defects.
- Full driving licence with access to own vehicle.
