To provide expert technical support to our managed service customer, helping to install, maintain, operate, and configure computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale infrastructure, platform, and integration problems.
  • Keep abreast of developments within the IT industry and evaluate relevant new technologies.
  • Proactively transfer product skills and knowledge to customers as part of the project engagement process.
  • Experience of VMware ESXi server platforms, Blade Server (Synergy) hardware, and Windows Server platforms.
  • A sound knowledge of general networking principles and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge and experience in formal project management and service delivery best practice procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience of installing and configuring Windows Server platforms.
  • Experience of Blade Server (Synergy) hardware and management of such within a Datacentre Environment.
