Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EU Deployment Engineer / Service Desk Engineer to join our client for a 6-month project. The successful candidate will participate in EUC Field Service transition activities, analyzing service provision and resourcing based on SLAs, assets, call volumes, site criticality, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect customer processes relating to current delivery of Services around EUC & Field Services at customer-agreed locations.
- Assist delivery lead in reviewing and verifying vendor invoices of hardware assets.
- Provide strong understanding of Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, Configuration management, and processes within ITIL.
- Operate Service Desk tools and have good knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably Service Now).
- Understand Service Desk Ticket concepts in Categorization, Priorities, Work Flows for all different types of calls.
- Have intermediate level knowledge of SCCM / Desktop Central, Intune, Printer Configuration, Imaging Machines, and Triaging Break fix issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
