Are you a dynamic and experienced leader ready to help at our award-winning store? We are currently seeking a talented Duty Manager to help drive success and lead our team to excellence. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
