**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing roofing gangs, material ordering and delivery, snagging, sign-offs, defects, and weekly reports to the site manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage roofing gangs and ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Order and deliver materials as required
  • Conduct snagging and sign-offs to ensure high-quality work
  • Identify and report defects
  • Prepare weekly reports for the site manager

**Requirements:**

  • Essential experience in roofing and social housing planned maintenance works
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SafetyCulture
