We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Site Supervisor to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of commercial PV projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise site operations on commercial PV projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Assist the project manager with final project sign-off, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  3. Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in rooftop solar PV deployment in a commercial environment.
  2. Strong supervision skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  3. Excellent knowledge of site documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and project snag list management.
  4. Full driving license and ability to work away from home when required.
Desirable:
  1. 18th edition certification.
  2. SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
