We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Guildford Spectrum. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the five catering outlets within the complex, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a catering or hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
