  2. Develop and implement effective job search strategies to help learners and job seekers secure employment and achieve their career goals.
  3. Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of learners and job seekers, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employment coaching and career development.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in employment coaching or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
