Generative AI Senior Software Engineer

At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team of passionate developers in the technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the development of our Generative AI solution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution, performing code reviews, completing complex bug fixes, and contributing to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of the proposed product work.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution according to requirements
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring high-quality code
  • Completing complex bug fixes and resolving technical issues
  • Contributing to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of the proposed product work
  • Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • Able to provide support and guidance at code level and perform code reviews
  • Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering and Generative AI
  • Be able to train and mentor entry-level software engineers, with experience of doing this in a similar role
  • Experience with DBMS, both relational and non-relational
  • Have experience working with GenAI / LLM
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in web development and Python, software architecture and development best practices
